establishments they patronize acknowledge them.   Showing appreciation to customers oftentimes renders the same outcome seen with employee appreciation.  A quick gem; address customers by name when you call to follow up on their recent purchase experience. Take note of their birthdays and send
them personalized greetings from your company. Coaching your sales team on intentionality during client engagement protects your pipeline, encourages repeat purchases and customer referrals.

3. Give it your best plus three more. This means, going the extra mile for your employees with your commitment to their success. Likewise, coach your employees to
go the extra mile for the customers.  Your competition
might be good at resolving
customer support issues, but can they be as courteous
and as cheerful as your team? Being mindful and
smiling may seem small, however, small details elevate customer experiences, and ultimately profitability. How about a smile with the service given by employees, and given to the customer? What a pleasure it is to be in the service of others.
